Bio

Mia Wagner, MPA, (they/them) is the Health Policy Manager at CSS, where they research and advocate for solutions to improve health care coverage and affordability for all New Yorkers. Prior to joining CSS, Mia conducted health equity research on barriers to accessing preventive care, including cancer screenings, in under-served communities. Mia holds a JBA from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and an MPA from the La Follette School of Public Affairs. They are passionate about working toward a more equitable health care system for all New Yorkers.
