Bio

Matt is the Program Manager for the Community Service Society Navigator Network, which partners with 18 community-based organizations to serve 54 counties across New York State. Navigators help clients understand and apply for insurance options available through the New York State health insurance marketplace, which was established under the Affordable Care Act. Matt has also worked as a health counselor with the Community Health Advocates program at CSS. Prior to joining CSS, Matt worked overseas for many years with nonprofit and multilateral organizations, strengthening local governance. He has lived in Chicago, Beijing, Kabul and Bangui.
