Bio
Carolina Rodriguez is the director of the Education Debt Consumer Assistance Program (EDCAP), a program that helps student loan debt borrowers in New York State. Prior to this position, Carolina was the associate supervising attorney of the Health Initiatives Department at CSS, where she oversaw a statewide network of community-based organizations and small businesses counseling consumers on health insurance and health care access issues. She also managed the largest health insurance enrollment network in NYS.
Carolina has a Master’s in social work from Columbia University and a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley.
