Summary: Almost a year into the recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic, the Latina/o/x community in New York City continues to struggle with a high unemployment rate (9% relative to the citywide average of 6.6%), increasingly unaffordable housing, and staggeringly high rates of food insecurity.
